Faber Data Modeler

Faber Data Modeler is the tool which fully supports you in designing and representing your entity relationship data model.
Main features of Faber Data Modeler are:

  • Entities and relationships data structures can be easily specified graphically
  • One-to-One, One-to-Many, Many-to-One and Many-to-Many relationships are support
  • Different policies can be used in relationships ordering definition
  • Models may be partitioned into different views
  • Views can be enriched with textual comment
  • Each single item can be documented in detail

A rich and powerful query language, tightly integrated with C language, to manipulate data is provided; data can be easily manipulated inside any application.

Data models can be tested at each step of system development by loading sample data and running queries from a graphical user interface. If a Faber model uses a database, data values can be inspected and edited during simulation by running the Artifex.Data Monitor.

Faber Data Modeler generates the complete database implementation, translating query statements into pure ANSI C code in order to ensure maximum portability of applications.
