Artifex sales and maintenance program

The company
Faber Software is a brand new Italian company located in Turin, Italy. It inherits and
continues Artis S.r.l.’s tradition in the fields of modeling software,
simulation, and emulation of complex systems. It is especially, but not
exclusively, geared toward the industrial, logistics, defense, and public health
markets.
Faber Software is comprised of people who worked for Artis S.r.l., and who have over
ten years of experience in software development, modeling, simulation, support,
and sales.
Mission
Faber Software’s mission is the development of a new software product that
incorporates the basic Artifex features and that may be extended and enriched
with all the functions necessary to satisfy today and tomorrow’s needs of
customers operating in the industrial, logistics, defense and public health
markets.
The new product will be compatible with the latest Artifex version.
Artifex sales and maintenance
agreement
Starting January 2003, upon an agreement signed with Rsoft Design Group Inc.
(www.rsoftdesign.com),
which has acquired intellectual property of the Artis S.r.l.’s products, Faber
Software will handle license sales, customer support, and Artifex maintenance
exclusively in the following markets: industrial automation, defense, logistics,
CASE.
For the above mentioned markets, new licenses and maintenance programs for Artifex will be
supplied directly by Faber Software on behalf of Rsoft Design Group Inc.
Faber Software guarantees support both for the already installed licenses and for the new
licenses that will be produced on behalf of Rsoft Design Group Inc., and
supplies all the knowledge necessary to maintain the existing software.
Artifex trademark is property of Rsoft Design Group Inc.
